Peer Façade System 120mm Top Hat

The 120mm Top hat has been designed to work in conjunction with an EPDM expanded foam seal.
The 120mm Top hat is used where a water tight vertical joint between 2 sheets is required.
Mountain knurling is provided on each side of the seal channel to assist with fastener location.

The Top hat is available in 6.0 and 7.2 meter lengths.

Peer Façade System 50mm Top Hat

The 50 mm top hat is used as a support structure in all areas other than where a water tight seal between sheets is required.

The Top hat is available in 6.0 and 7.2 meter lengths.

Peer Façade System low density closed cell EPDM expanded foam seal

Tesa 61102 low density closed cell EPDM foam seal works in conjunction with the 120mm top hat and must be applied onto the roll formed channel specifically designed for this seal.
This seal is watertight at 10% compression however when used in conjunction with Peer façade top hat 120 the system is designed to provide 50% seal compression to enhance the water tight seal.
