• Use the backing strip to space the vertical joint of successive boards ensuring a uniform 10mm space between successive boards.

• Prepare the backing strip for installation by applying Sikoflex 11FC, Bostik Seal n Flex or equivalent sealer as per the board manufacturer’s specifications to the bottom (9mm) edge of the backing strip or by applying the sealer to the top edge of the board.
