• After the backing strip is in position the top row of screws need to be tightened to draw the Board and backing strip against the top hat completing the seal.
  

• Installation of the next layer of board – Apply a bead of Sikoflex 11FC, Bostik Seal n Flex or equivalent sealer as per the board manufacturer’s specifications to the top of the backing strip and then rest a board with predrilled and counter sunk screw holes on the purpose designed 3mm edge of the backing strip.
